In France, the rule provides that the notaire fee is
paid by the buyer. However if there are two notaires, one for the seller and
one for you, then the two notaires share the fee. We recommend you take a
separate notaire to the seller, something other agencies do not do. At the
end of the day, you get a much better service, you have someone who defends
your rights and it doesn’t cost you a penny more |
